Copilot adapts narrative depth to the selected persona — the same verified events, five ways.

Pick your match

Choose a league, filter by your team, pick any fixture from the full synthetic calendar — the replay, feed and momentum rebuild for that match. Featured match — full agent pipeline

Pitch telemetry — Voronoi zones & expected threat

Press Play — the snapshot follows the latest key moment. It is fully interactive: click a ringed marker to jump the replay to that moment, tap a player dot to identify the slot, tap the labelled ball carrier to find them in the knowledge graph, or tap any grass to read its xT.

    · xT = our documented expected-threat surface (distance/angle to goal); shot xG = 2.2 × xT at the shot location, capped at 0.95. Both are simple transparent models — formulas on the tech page.

    Poisson what-if — Tactical Lab

Drag the expected-goals rates (λ) and the outcome probabilities recompute live from two independent Poisson distributions. What-if only — it never changes a simulated result.

Football Universe graph — why it matters

Blue = player · Red = club · Green = manager. Node size = Kevin Bacon Score. Gold path animates the verified shortest path: Nicolas Anelka → Manchester City → Erling Haaland (2 degrees). Tap or click any node — or use the picker — for its connections.

Calls the Azure Function live; its narrator is Microsoft's Phi-4-mini-instruct on Foundry. First call after idle can take ~60–90s (serverless cold start — the progress timer is honest). Featured match only.
